Came here to upgrade my Subaru Impreza and am pleased to say Xtermez Audio exceeded my expectations.

Charles and his team:
a) Spent hours to go through my needs across 3 days to identify specifically what I needed for my car upgrade requirements
b) Let me experience what a fully soundproofed car would feel like (sat in Charles's Toyota Altis)
c) Understood what I was searching for and explained how car audio differs from home audio - what I can do to get close to it
d) Sped up the whole process to upgrade my car in 2 days!
E) Spent a considerable amount of time to stage the audio system in my car
f) Held me back many times to not overspend and choose the right upgrades
g) Met my needs to make the car look as unmodified as possible - exception to the headunit, amplifier and DSP is hidden and the speakers are in the default position.

I am happy that I have finally found an audio shop I can trust and even found an audiophile I can speak to.

It all started with just a simple labour work to install a headunit. Heard many good reviews about Xtremez and it was an opportunity to try it out. For me, i was using it as a testbed to check on how good the outlet is before going into a full ICE upgrade, as I had a fair share of very poorly run workshops. For me, Xtremez is just up there. Charles, Ah Sheng and team have work hard in ensuring that everything is installed and tuned properly.

I am also surprised that they also offered to drive me back and even lent a car (on different occasions).

Since then, I have upgraded to a 3way active and have no regrets for making Xtremez the audio workshop of choice. Looking much forward in visiting Xtremez again even for small accessories jobs and more importantly, future ICE upgrades.

Thank you Charles and team for doing a wonderful job! Guys stayed back till almost midnight to finish my ride and were patient and thorough till the very end. Will be back! - Chris Fang

Excellent place to upgrade ur car audio. They take pride in their work and do up ur car system to their very best. Bought a underseat sub and an amp to complement my existing focal speakers. The difference is HUGE. They even helped me to reinstall my focal speakers cos previous shop installation was not up to standard. Price may not be cheap but the quality and standard is definitely there. Paid abit more to have a peace of mind, worth it! Will visit again to install DSP in near future. - Max Lin
