Everything fm fixing appt to getting the job completed was swift n easy. Crew was solely dedicated to do my car the whole time, instead of other workshop where normally its a rush to get the job done n move on to other task. As part of the removal process, some parts that were well worn out due to age n broke(rubber hose) was replaced, no questions asked. This shows the integrity n professionalism of the crew n boss!! While observing the servicing and tuning process, I had a few questions regarding it and he did not hesitate to explain to me the whole process. I had did my Gearbox tuning with royston and his team recently on my Tiguan mk2. Before tuning the car, the drive smooth but wasn't at its best, imagine gear 7 on 70-80kmh and you need to throttle abit more to overtake but it doesn't down shift, it is sluggish. After tuning the car gearbox has more drivability and it always stay at the powerband. Royston doesn't hard sell, he know his stuff well to explain the needs and wants(unnecessary mods). - Desmond Ong

Before visiting Squad Workshop to change the TSAPA battery, I was trying to ask for a better price for the battery. But Royston refused. I was thinking, how come this guy doing business like that? The outside workshop will usually say yes if you can have a group buy or I sell you something in bundles. But I am still looking forward to changing the battery with Squad Workshop because they were trying their best to give me the best service at the price I would pay. After visiting them to change the car battery and basic setup for my stock car, I was curious about what to add for my stock car to be more powerful and responsive, for instance, changing sport suspension, air intake, turbosmart dual port diverter valve (BOV) or intercooler etc. all he refused to do for me, cause he said stock already good enough, even I changed those items won't have much different. I wanted to spend more, but he knew my needs and advised me to save money and spend money on the correct parts. Okay, in my 28 years of driving experience, I have never trusted any workshop and sent for service more than 1 time. Okay, from now onwards, I got my true love; I will stick to the best service provider I ever met and save my money for my family instead of mod or changing unnecessary parts. The professionalism and treating the customer's car like his own; I believe in Royston and JJ. They always provide the best services to their customers. Last but not least, I must thank Merly as well cause she never complained when a customer like me kept asking her this and that. What an incredible team! - Keown EL
