This is the most trustworthy workshop by far! They will take care of you and always go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. If you are looking for a place to take your car where you won't get ripped off, I definitely recommend them!

Found out about MSP through a colleague when was finding for a good workshop to bring my car to do my routine comprehensive servicing. MSP is one of the car workshop that is highly rated by SG carmart. For info, you have to be real good with your works for SG carmart to even rate you to start off with. That itself speaks volume. And I do not regret going to MSP for my routine comprehensive servicing. Every part change in my car was shown and explained to me. And also, they are not using the usual cheapo engine oil like how many of the workshops are using. Their items all are of premium quality. Recent serviced we got checked at MSP. They are one of a handful of mechanics. My husband & I have actually found MSP to be truthful about whatever problems that exist on my car.
Though truth always hurts especially when it comes to the issue of money however, it's better than a sugar-coated lie.
So, when we were told it would cost me $10k plus for our car's Engine issue at the dealer's, we took it to MSP for a 2nd opinion. This lockdown also lock-down our family finances as well and we have to be absolutely sure. I wouldn't want my car to stall suddenly and I don't take chances especially we have young kids.
Calvin & The team checked out my car thoroughly and reported back to us with pictures & Videos and found that our car's engine needed only change a few items and needed no such major work on my engine!!
They replaced a few parts and it cost me a third of what I expected! We could have lost $10k !! Very importantly they stood behind their work.

Also, they would make sure the car was returned to me as quickly as possible because I have a family to feed. THANK YOU, Calvin, Varun and ya all. You guys are fantastic and honest!!

Had a bad experience in the past when I got my car repaired elsewhere at a hefty sum, so was apprehensive. However, this time round the experience was totally different - the repair quality was great and every member of staff went out of there way to help and I was kept and kept me up to date throughout. Highly recommended. My Audi TT Coupe never had been so smooth and enjoyable since. These guys even come to my house when my car had some issue. We thought we would be facing a pretty hefty bill when Calvin & His team came to our house one day before the lockdown.

We had plan to get some essentials that morning when our faithful Panamera was emitting steam. It was a scary sight.

My Audi was towed to his shop in bad shape. Oil leaking everywhere, front end smashed, very sad. I was terrified about what it may cost. Calvin helped with insurance, and made me feel comfortable. When I went to pick up the car and drive away I noticed some lingering issues. I called the shop, and Calvin took care of me & Took time to explain to me and how to take care of my Audi. He proves to be not only extremely knowledgeable about my car (and many others), but also exudes a brilliant and honest personality and a diligent work ethic and all the pictures and video updates Calvin & His team gave, I was assured my car is in good hands. Not only that my Insurance claim was a breeze. I believe that the most important thing is making sure a job gets done, and if there are problems, taking care of them. Was introduced to this workshop - MSP and was attended by a Fat & Skinny guy (remember the old chinese comedy - Wang Sha Yeh Fong). Thought to myself I'm going to turn back the way I came. I don't trust these clowns. On 2nd thought, just try them out since their reviews were so fantastic and family members & Friends were singing such high praises.

To my surprise, both Calvin & Varun & Their mechanic were very knowledgeable. I haven't met a mechanic like Calvin & Varun so educated & Well travelled. One of the best ever, ever, ever they did for me was when I thought my ECU was going out as I was told by another workshop and that will cost me $4000 to be replaced! These guys at MSP found out that it was just a Speed Sensor that needed to be replaced ! Now ... This is VALUE in honest mechanics and I'm sticking to this workshop for my cars.

These guys were amazing! Those reviews here do not lie! I was looking for a simple oil change but cringed at the thought of having to take ever crowded Sin Min xxx workshop so after searching through SGcarmart I found MSP Car Workshop. They couldn't have been nicer and quickly did my oil change while I waited, they explained everything they checked and didn't try to push on any additional services! I will recommend these guys to everyone I know and will continue to bring my car here for simple oil changes and anything else I could need in the future. Thanks so much, guys !!
