Changed my rim there recently... all went well until the first rim with tyre was mounted. Bad news that the rim couldn't clear the stock brake caliper. Problem resolved when I reluctantly agreed to install a 5 mm spacer after much reassurance. Not impressed by the experience, I left shortly after.

Returned next day when intermittent metal to metal contact sound was heard when driving. Mechanic on duty (was a Sunday) not only refused to check but put the blame on the brake pad! Great... Tai Chi grandmaster at work!

For clarity, subject car make/model is Honda GD Jazz... how difficult can it be?

Near by my wife workplace so decided to change my tyres with them.
Replaced 4 tyres for my Audi & repaired my 4 years old rims with rashes on them.
Fantastic job done although it took them quite awhile due to the crowd.

Recommanded by my friend to this shop and bought a set 4 bridgestone tyres from them. Their prices seems reasonable and workmanship looks good judging from the happy customers that roll in and out from this workshop.

I came here to change my worn out tyres and I got Bridgestones even though I was advised by the very friendly and professional staff to get Dunlops instead. They weren't too pushy and the tyre replacement was very good. Pirce was also reasonable. Definitely coming back!

I did my aircon flush here and they explained to me everything that needed to be done and they made sure I fully understood before I did anything. The mechanic also told me that I should change my tyres because they bald alr...so he helped me pick out a set of Michelins that are very good and not too ex. Definitely recommend!

Every driver will have the first tire change experience and usually we will pre-read reviews online and shortlist reputable dealers so that we can make the best purchase. After reading all the good reviews of Kim Hoe for value for money and good service, I decided to drop by to take a look.

An uncle by the name of Ah Seng who approached me and I ask for tires that are suitable for my car, although I did my research online on others brands and through SGCarmart however the uncle recommended me Kumho tire because he mentioned that my Honda City tire size has quite limited options. He mentioned that these korean tires suited my car best (205/45ZR16 37W XL) and quoted me $140 each however I felt its too expensive as my budget is $110 per tire. I wanted to call the other dealers to compare price then he quoted $135 each saying that it is the best price, he assured me that is a good buy and can bring my friends there next time. I decided to trust him as Kim Hoe is a reputable company and reviewed with good pricing in which usually I will call around to compare prices. It took only 20 mins and on the spot the tires are fixed. I went home elated and happen to chat with my friends on my new tires then I realized that I had brought overpriced tires. I called other dealers the next day to check price and realized I was paying more for the tires and it really shocked me. $10 or $20 more I don't really mind for good service but more than $20 was too much. I felt taken advantage as Ah Seng assured me of the best price.

I contacted Kim Hoe again and this time surprisingly I am impressed by how Alex take the time and effort to provide a good service recovery. He explained to me that its a misunderstanding as i paid more for value added service like tire rotation/balancing and free nitrogen refill every 10k km which I am agreeable to. After some clear explanation and goodwill, I am truly satisfied with the service recovery and turned from an angry customer to a happy one.

I must say that the tires recommend is quite good and the time taken plus service level is not bad. To prevent any misunderstanding, new drivers like myself must do our homework, stick to the tires we have researched and called around different dealers to compare prices or packages before walking in to the dealer will be wiser option and remember to quote sgCarMart for the best price available. I was looking to change my tyres which were nearing 5 years old. So I went into search and found Kim Hoe with 5 stars. So I gave them a call and they were friendly on the phone. I made a trip down and the staff offered excellent service and advice for tyre brand and make and rims change.
Not only did I change the rims and tyres, I included the air con maintenance service as well. The price was reasonable and no hard selling from the staff. I'm glad I made the trip down.
I've even recommended Kim Hoe to my cousin as well.

When there this morning as my rim got a very bad scratch. Initially just wanted to get it refurbished but the staff show me that due the impact, my rim was damage, had no choice but to change the rims. However, the staff not only didn't push me to buy a brand new set of rims, instead they suggested that I change a used ones which was nice but I decided to buy myself a birthday present so I got myself a new set of rims which the staff give me a good offer that i cannot resist. Thank you for the good customer service. I will definately recommend my friends to your shop.

Alex offer good knowledge of tyre and pricing in the interest of his customer. Got the latest Bridgestone T001 model @ very competitive price, and job done within 30mins. Managed to get good contacts of other car dealers offering other car services. 2 thumbs up! ;)
