Pardon me for the late review. I communicated with Alex through sms for my tires and I told him that I need to rush for my company annual D&D. When I reached the shop, he immediately assisted in changing my tires. All done within 15 mins. Overall, good price and good service. Thanks Alex and his workers.

The workshop was busy when I reached but as there were quite a lot of workers, my car was attended to very fast. Alex was friendly and gave advise freely despite running around and tending to customers who were still coming in while I was there. I was done in less than 30 mins.

Also I like the fact that you do not need to pay parking to go to this workshop as it is situated along a public road, not inside a building with car park gantry. If you have to wait, you do not need to incur increasing parking charges.

I just changed the tyres for my nissan Z and got probably best deal. Did some homework for the past few weeks for this purchase and chanced upon their advertisement for their online store....Decided to give it a try as I find it very convenient and all the tyres are listed with very detail specifications and most importantly they are selling at very LOW price.... Did it during break time from office.

After purchasing my tyres I called up Alex to check if I can get them fitted asap as Ive got a broken tyre and are now dangerously running on spare.

He then made arrangement, advice me and finally got me at his workplace.
Luckily Ive called to make an appointment before going down as it was super packed with cars when I drove over.

Although this shop is always busy, the process is very smooth as they have many workers!

Every 10k I will go there to do wheel balancing and rotation and although the amount is only less than $15, but their services are still positive and my tires are not even changed with them. Good service

The TPMS indicator light on my Audi S5 came on all of a sudden. I pulled over and took out my phone, went on google and search for a tire shop. Kim hoe was the closest and had great reviews and best of all opened on sundays! I drove to them and instead of pushing me away because the job was so small, he told me to hand over my keys and they valet for me. Alex was the person that attended to my needs. He checked all 4 tires and told me it was over-inflated. He checked and reset all 4 tires for me. Very nice guy. Honestly this is such a small thing that most auto/tire shop will tell u to go to a gas station and DIY. Or they will try and sell u shit you don't need. But not these guys.
Anyway I've returned to them today to replace all my four tires.
They took pride in everything they do and in return the least I can do is give them a good review.

Upgraded our Rims & Tyres to 17 Inch. Very good price for the Michelin PS3 tyres and year of manufacture was 2015. Unlike other shops who give discount but are 2013 tyres.. Service was prompt, non pushy and the uncle offer valuable advise. Will definitely go back to them.

Saw the posting of their tyres online and called Alex to find out more. Prompt and swift reply from them. Drove down on weekend and they replaced them immediately. I would say a hassle free and fast tyre changing process. Keep up the good work!

It was a sad experience for my visit after visit your outlet on 1 May 2015. Your SMS was good response so I decided to go over and see if could get good tyre from your shop, However when I reach there I was totally ignored there was a guy I not sure if it is the staff of Kim Hoe & Co, says "It is one of the few shops open today so very busy" Perhaps it is really lack of manpower which I was totally ignore together with my family members.

It is the first time I was being totally ignored in a tyre shop not sure why

Did my rims respray at Kim Hoe recently. Selected Kim Hoe based on sgcarmart reviews and visited Kim Hoe at Eunos. Customer Service was superb, greeted by Alex who explained the rims respray services, and shared his views on what would be best. Finally selected gun metal color on his recommendation. He provided me a spare set of rims in meantime. The job was done within 3 days. The result ..........wonderful; the rims was resprayed well, and 'rashes' were nicely touched up as well.
Great service, good result and price was reasonable.
I strongly recommend for anyone looking for tyres/rim services/products.

Dropped by to see Alex about touching up my rims. Was at first a bit worried about the number of customers there, but Alex was very attentive and quickly arranged to get my rims worked on. He gave a very good estimate of timing and at the end of day, job was very well done and now my rims look great for the New Year.

So.. came across the rim furbishing as advertised on their website and went down to the workshop for a rim refurbish service, was contacting alex all the while to book an appointment. Upon reaching, there were alot of cars at the workshops, however , nonetheless , alex had reserved a slot in the workshop for me, thumbs up for that!

He recommended a tire change for me as my tires were old already and also at the same time offered advise on changing rims as if i went a size smaller and change to new tires , the cost is almost the same a refurbishment and new tires.

So i went ahead, and picked a nice set of rims and new set of tires over there. Really Good value for money i would say

Plus he did a complimentary chemical wash for my old rims too as i did not trade in.

Absolute great customer service and they were very fast and efficient. Thumbs up!

Look for alex but he is always super busy !

Went down to change a set of new tires for my Suzuki Swift on 30 Aug'14 and was very pleased with Alex who attended to me personally. He recommended me the Bridgestone tyres at a very reasonable price, even thought I kept asking for further discount and he handle my request well and the co-workers is very helpful.
Would definitely recommend Kim Hoe to my friends.

Got 4 Pirelli P7 Cinturato last Sunday from Kim Hoe. I've called Alex previously about the price and was offered $135 all in. Happened to be at Ubi so gave Alex a call. Was surprised that it's open so went over to get my tyres changed. Alex wasn't there so he told me to look for Ah Long. I didn't want anything too old, as long as it's manufactured in 2014. When I met Ah Long and requested for 2014 stock. I expected him to tell me that tyres are the same and try to psycho me but instead he just told his workers to go upstairs and get some fresh P7s. The ones I got are 1614.

Everything was done fast and although I was 2nd in the queue, I drove out in about 30 mins. Good experience overall.
