I've been driving this car for 6yrs and the paint is dull with a lot of dents everywhere. COE is so high that my friend recommend me to Sung Beng to re-spray & get a fresh new look! I saw the job done on my friend's car after the accident repair and spray painting recently. With his full of complements, I decided to try my vehicle there for a quote but the price is too attractive to resist for such workmanship. Indeed trustworthy! I regain a new look on my old car! I was driving my Audi along Upper Changi Road at night & suddenly i felt my steering wheel is heavy & my car vibrate. I check & discovered my front tyre is torn & my rims is dented. Then I called my friend whom he just send his car for servicing . Its 24hrs Tow service and Frankie answered that they will Tow back to their workshop to check and repair on the next day.His specialist Ken called me the next day & i got 2 tyres changed with the rims repaired. Very honest & fair deal indeed! And its very helpfull because they are accepting Credit Cards with installment plans also. Thanks to SungBeng , Ken and other staffs who help me to save my rim. Went to Sung Beng Auto for my first servicing after getting my second hand car. The mechanics that helped us: Ken and HK were very friendly and patient. They listened to every of our concern and took the effort and time to address them. After inspection, we needed to change the engine air filter and an aircon fan motor. The faults were clearly communicated and shown to us before they went on to order the parts and have them fixed. It was really a pleasant experience going to Sung Beng. Highly recommended.

Just dropping by to share my experience in Sung Beng Auto. I saw their advertisement in SG Carmart. This is my first time in Sung Beng Auto.The servicing package was reasonable in price. So I decide to try their services because I�m not satisfied in my previous workshop. I went to Sung Beng early morning and Ms. Anne direct approach me; she gave me better servicing package with air con refreshment and I think my car needs that also due to recent heat wave. While i left my car with them, their head of mechanic Mr. Lim later called me for approval that my air con filter and engine air filter is not in good condition and required to be replace. When I went back to collect my car,he explained to me further & gave me advice on the detail points check. I feel very comfortable and the transition is good on my car together with my cool air con. I want to tell you that I am very happy with the service. Thanks Frankie and other personels in Sung Beng Auto. I am looking forward to see you again. TP

i was there yesterday and was attended by Ken for tyre changed, althought he recommended other brands to me but i still prefer the type i wanted. without hestitation, he called other outlets to check what i wanted. Next moment he drove off to collect the tyres. i was pleased by his serviced. Not only that, after tyre changed, he notice my car boot got some weird sound, he immediately checked and diagnoised the problem. i was very happy and satisfied with his professional services he provided together with his friendly team. i personally like to thank Frankie, Ken & his team for doing marvellous job on my car. Price wise very reasonable with good workmanship. i will definately be back for their servicing or repair.

My Goodness that it is on Sunday, i felt that my air con is not cold and due to the hot weather i cannot take it anymore. I searched in the Internet,many workshops are not open and thank god Frankie picked up my call where he arranged me to go to his workshop for his air con specialist to check. They detected the fault leak in my air con cooling coil.It is very lucky they have ready stock and their quote is very reasonable too. I am very happy with my air con now that no time is wasted & cant imagine if to repair it on weekdays.I can carry on my daily routine as usual. Thanks to the mechanics who helped me repair on Sunday.Any emergency on Sundays/ PH can call Frankie.

Frankie and his staff detected that there was a possibility that the the car was involved in an accident which resulted in the front bumper, radiator and battery changed, etc. Frankie also managed to talk terms with the dealer that he had an obligation to let me know the truth, i.e. the car being involved in an accident and the parts that needed repair. To a first time car buyer like me, I really appreciate the impartiality and honesty of Frankie and his staff. The next day, I received an sms from Sung Beng thanking for my patronage and asking for feedback. Was pleasantly surprised by this gesture. Would come back to him for future servicing once I get a car! Friendly service too!

My 6 years old Hyundai overheated the other day. I searched on the Internet for a trusted workshop and after reading so much reviews with all kinds of automotive services and individual specialists under one roof at 1969 Sung Beng Auto, I finally made a decision to call and Frankie answered. After I explained my situation, he quickly assisted me to arrange his tow guys at reasonable price. He assured me that after his specialist did a diagnostic check on my car, he will call me back to let me know what is the cause together with the repair costs before they proceed to start work. Now, after the repairs and the replacements made for my car, the car runs like new. Good work guys.

Last year sometime in December, my car broke down when i was out and i could not get to drive it to any nearest workshop to get my car checked. I called a friend who then introduced me to Sung Beng Auto Frankie to get my car towed to their workshop for repair. I am very satisfied with their service and the price that they have quoted to me is also very reasonable before they start work. Now i will be on my last servicing package with the agent for my car, i decided to switch to Sung Beng Auto for servicing in the future as they are fully equipped and the good service that their specialists can provide me with a total peace of mind.
