Kaizen Autowerke is established as a workshop dedicated to luxury Japanese and Continental marquees. Established in early 2014, Kaizen Autowerke's main strength lies in their technical expertise as well as their capability to precisely diagnose and rectify any automotive problem(s). They are also able to conduct proper maintenance and repairs for hybrid cars. At the helm of Kaizen Autowerke is Mr. William Chan, a qualified Automotive Engineer with an impressive portfolio. During the course of his career in the automotive industry, he progressed from a Hi-Tech Engineer for the Lexus Division to Senior Technical Manager for both Toyota and Lexus. At Bentley Motors, He represented the manufacturer at the principal level as the Regional Technical Support Manager where he was in-charge of resolving complex repair issues for all of the Bentley dealerships located in South-Asia and Australasia. The services provided ranges from general car servicing, diagnostic troubleshooting, and accident repairs to battery/tyre replacement. They specialize in Japanese cars, especially Lexus, Toyota and Hybrid Car. Pre-service as well as Post-service consultation, by William himself, are provided to ensure that customers are kept informed throughout the process and satisfied with the service(s).
