Review
I prefer quiet drives hence certain noise frequencies irritate me especially when I drive on gravels. From what I know, mass helps with soundproofing however it compromises my car's fuel efficiency and performance. After installing StandartPlast AK, there is a noticeable insulation against noise from the road, engine and wind, though it does decrease fuel economy to a certain extent but not significantly.

What I like
Its noise absorbancy

What I do not like
It is slightly heavy, but I guess I can make do with it

I always wanted a good soundproof materials that is light weight and can do the job ok.
Previously on my old ride, I used a normal brand called "RoadKill", it can do the job but was damm heavy.
This time for my new ride, I'd opt for this StP stuff, it is lighter than most out there and the soundproof was great (if installed correctly and by good installer).

What I like
Lighter than other competitors products.

What I do not like
The price is slightly on higher side

Sound proofing had been useful for both retaining sound indoors and blocking it off from escaping outdoors. It also works vice versa. Thus with a recommendation of my friend to try StandartPlast, I got the AK model. It was splendid before and after. Before, I find that the music in my car seems to be less clear and sometimes muffled. I've heard the music from my car, which had been turned up loud, from the outside, and it was blasting loud. I now could imagine how neighbours feel when I come home late at night while blasting my music. The after results were way better. In car, the music played were much clearer and awesome to the ears! On the outside, noise was greatly reduced, and it's way quieter. I now have a peace of mind for not disturbing anyone outside, while getting to enjoy my music inside.

What I like
Improves the sound indoors, and blocks off the sound from escaping out of the car.

What I do not like
Installing needs to be accurate, or maximum satisfaction wouldn't be met.
