Review
Have driven many cars in the past with all kind of set ups and coilover. From Koni to Tein and from Ohlins to KW. None of these can really come close to B6 from Bilstein.
Just got this installed last month(springs and mountings unchange) and it has so far been driven on for almost 1,000km. My observation on this set up is the stability, pin point sharp turn-in and the comfortability it gives. It is really the most compliant set up. The difference is significant, it highlights how much plusher the car rides.
It deals with bumps and road imperfections very well by softening the initial hit and made only a mild thud sound.
There will still be a slight body roll but is a well controlled one and never catches you by surprise in the way a full OE setup would. It does provides plenty of grip! It won't beat lap time for sure but it will certainly make you smile:) It is now more entertaining and enjoyable to feel the car transitioning into the turns while still feeling the comfort.
There's a Run-in time though. You probably may dislike the B6 at first after installing. The ride will be stiff at first! Was however amused after a few days of driving, it somehow got softer and softer while retaining the promised performance. So this is like when you first wearing a new shoe, they don't feel great at first but will get more comfortable by the days as you wear it.
In all, the difference is remarkable, my car has never felt so good over urban roads + the performance & comfort.

Replaced mine at Prowerkz Garage. Recommended by Nick. Very worth and comfortable drive. My stock was a B4 and personally feel too soft and bumpy. Have mine checked and noticed leaks. Since gonna need replacement might as well go for a better comfortable ones

Just installed this 2 weeks ago replacing my OE shocks. After 60k , the OE shocks absorbers seem to be getting too soft for comfort. The new B6 really proved to be a much better performer than OE. Car body roll much lesser when doing sharp cornering on stock springs, driving on uneven roads are so much smoother. I did not change coil as it will lower the car by 3 to 4cm which will sure be a nightmare when come to parking. Overall I am quite happy with the new shocks and would highly recommend to all fellow A4 B9 owners.
What I like
Reasonable price, good performance
What I do not like
Nothing so far
