Installed on one of our rental fleet's vehicles; We have been using another company's product but decided to give Singtech's a try. We chose the additional option of an immobilizer, to prevent unauthorized forays into Malaysia.

Overall, wasn't disappointed. The Singtech staff member who helped with the configuration and setup was friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly. The SMS commands to track and immobilize were easy to use and quick to work. So far, the tracking seems to run smoothly, with even less interruptions and glitches than the other system we have been using, which is in fact provided by a much bigger and better-known company.

The only thing I don't like about this system is the fact that the website to log in and track the vehicle can be rather confusing to use and isn't as user-friendly. Apart from that, I highly recommend this system to owners or people in charge of rental or delivery fleets, or for those who frequently enter Malaysia and are worried about their cars being stolen.

What I like
Efficient tracking of vehicle. Options for coverage in Malaysia available, so your car can be tracked accurately even if it crosses the causeway. Additional options such as immobilizer available.

What I do not like
Tracking website/app not user friendly

This product works so well! It's perfect if you know how to use it. At first I was very confused because I have never owned anything like it but after i read the manual on the included disc then it was a breeze.

What I like
Extremely useful if you always parked at large and confusing car parks such as Marina Square.

Nothing.

Installed the tracker in seconds. After approx. 30 seconds it started transmitting and was visible on the website via any computer. Just log into your account and all the information is at your fingertips! The Singtech support staff was VERY friendly and helpful in setting up as well as follow up calls to clarify the questions I had regarding the symbols and available print outs of the information that was stored from the tracker. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to track a vehicle for ANY purpose. I could not have asked for a more PERFECT product or "ready to assist you at any time" support staff. Thank you Singtech!

What I like
I just love how simple its installation was, and also the very helpful support staff.

What I do not like
In Singapore, this may not be of much need to most drivers.

I own a Chevy that has been passed down by my dad, and as an old car, it has very little security; even the locks are keys activated. Anyone is able to just pick the lock, and tamper the ignition to get access to my car. I'm also someone who likes to go over the borders to get cheap stuff (food, drinks etc), and Johor Bahru is not one of the safest places on Earth. I've heard cases of friends who had their cars or bikes stolen there, and retrieving the vehicle back would be a tough job since Malaysia is really big. I've already added in preventions such as Push Start that only allows turning on the car when the CardKey is in the vicinity. But to the case where my car would be stolen (prone to be), I could just use this to track my car. Of course, it has to be placed at a strategical place! I've also used this to monitor my daughter's whereabouts when she uses the car, since clubs are a No-No to me.

What I like
The ability to track my car's location quickly and efficiently.

What I do not like
For something not all-so necessary, it's pricey.
