It's been less than a month since the tragic death of Paul Walker, and there have been numerous reports regarding the fate of not only the seventh instalment of the movie Fast and Furious but the future of the franchise as a whole.
While there is no news about the franchise, sources has revealed that Vin Diesel has announced on his Facebook page that FF7 will hit theaters on April 10, 2015.
Originally, the film was planned for a release on July 11, 2014, but production was suspended and the script was being rewritten following Walker's death. Along with the new information about FF7, Diesel also released an image (right), which he said was taken during the last scene he and Walker filmed together.
Sources had originally suggested Universal Studios would continue with production on the latest film after Walker's death in a car accident. Shortly afterwards, the studio said it would be shutting production down to "assess all options available". A week later, The Hollywood Reporter (THR), a multi-platform American media brand that focuses on the Hollywood motion picture industry, television and entertainment, said production was back on, with work to continue in January using the rewritten script that would give Walker an 'honourable' send off.
