Omologato Watches creates Maranello chronograph dedicated to Ferrari

Omologato Watches is proud to announce a new chronograph - Maranello - dedicated to Ferrari, the world's most revered race team. 14 years after its inception in 1947, Scuderia Ferrari won its first constructors championship in Formula One with Phil Hill at the wheel, winning five out of the eight races along the way. Victory in Formula One was instrumental in funding outings at Le Mans and other motorsports series' in order to build respect and brand reputation.
This bespoke new Omologato watch pays tribute to the euphoria of the 1961 season. The Maranello pays tribute to each of the Italian marques' victories during the prosperous season by highlighting each victorious circuit in Rosso red around the bezel. The Maranello features a high-quality automatic movement, the first time it's been offered by Omologato, giving smoothness of operation and accuracy.
A Grigio sunray dial pays homage to the colour endorsed by Ferrari in the 60's, whilst each race win Ferrari had that year is highlighted in Rosso. The case is made from surgical grade stainless steel and finished with a premium Italian leather strap with clasp. The Maranello Chronograph is limited to just 250 examples.
