C&C's Unstoppable Niro 48Hr Challenge, which took place from 18 to 20 April 2025, saw 49 participants and 25 vehicles go the distance with the Kia Niro Hybrid.
This year, the winning managed a very impressive 1,552km on a single 42-litre tank, usurping the previous 2022 record of 970.3km and earning them a place in the Singapore Book of Records as well as the grand prize of $10,000 in cash and service credits.
Each vehicle's tank was sealed at the start, with a mid-point pit stop check-in to cheer on the participants.
The Kia Niro Hybrid was expected to deliver a WLTP range of up to 1,050km. However, several teams surpassed the 1,000km mark, showcasing its impressive real-world performance.
Thus, the vehicle continues to set the standard for sustainable mobility, redefining what drivers can expect from an eco-conscious vehicle.
