Jaecoo J7 nets five-star Euro NCAP rating

Jaecoo has announced that its J7 plug-in hybrid SUV has net a five-star safety rating from the European New Car Assessment Programme (Euro NCAP).
The crash test safety testing organization is said to have highlighted the car's performance in categories including ‘Adult Occupant Protection’ while also scoring well when its safety assistance systems were assessed.
The Jaecoo J7 is offered in the U.K. with up to 21 advanced driver assistance systems, including features available on models sold in Singapore such as Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, and the Intelligent Evasion System. The Jaecoo J7's structural integrity is also claimed to have contributed to its top-tier safety rating - Jaecoo informs that the car’s body is composed of 80% high-strength steel, allowing it to offer enhanced protection in the event of a collision.
