Hyundai U.K. announces further information on Inster Cross

Hyundai Motor U.K. has announced the pricing, specification, and technical information for the Inster Cross, the brand's first small SUV EV's adventurous variant. The compact Inster was revealed in June 2024, sporting a myriad of segment-leading technology and convenience features, with pricing and specification for the 01 and 02 trim levels announced in October.
Its exterior design comprises of bespoke 17-inch alloy wheels, distinct front and rear bumpers, Cross side skirts and embossed black claddings, with body coloured door mirrors and exterior door handles, automatic headlights with dusk sensor, and LED Daytime Running Lights and rear lights, to name a few. A 49kWh battery comes as standard, providing a maximum power output of 85kW (113bhp) and up to 359km on a single charge, with a battery heating system and high-efficiency heat pump fitted as standard.
The Inster Cross also sports interior features like 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and touchscreen display with navigation, front and rear USB-C charging ports, and a wireless phone charging pad
Inside the SUV, it sports reclining and sliding rear seats with 50/50 split, height and reach adjustable steering column, manual driver's seat height adjustment, heated front seats and steering wheel, and privacy glass on its rear windows and tailgate, to name a few. In addition, the optional Tech Pack adds Vehicle-to-Load functionality with an internal three pin plug and a Digital Key. The Inster Cross also sports comfort and safety features like an Electric Glass Sunroof, Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist, Blind Spot View Monitor, and eCall, Forward Collision Avoidance Assist.
The Inster Cross is available in five exterior colour options, including an exclusive colour - Amazons Green Matte. Inside, it sports a special colour and trim combination of grey cloth with lime-yellow accents. In addition, all Inster Cross models will come with Hyundai's leading five-year Unlimited Mileage Warranty, eight-year/160,934km High Voltage Battery Warranty, five-year Annual Health Check, three-year MapCare navigation update program, Roadside Assistance package, and 12-year Anti Corrosion Warranty.
