Inside, the Flex Titanium boasts charcoal leather seats with grey Alcantara suede inserts, 'circle check' trim, faux metallic accents, illuminated scuff plates, and a perforated leather steering wheel, while under the bonnet, there is a choice of two engines. The first engine available is a 3.5-litre Duratec V6 powerplant that produces 262bhp and 336Nm of torque. The other unit is a 3.5-litre EcoBoost V6 with 335bhp and 474Nm of torque. Both engines come with a standard six-speed automatic transmission which sends power to the front wheels, while all-wheel-drive is available as an option.
According to Ford Marketing Manager, Kate Pearce, "As we look at the reasons people have been buying Flex, there are some very consistent themes running through the research and the main one is style. Flex customers are attracted to the vehicle as one that reflects their personality and allows them to stand out from the crowd. With the Flex Titanium, we are responding to our customers with a vehicle that reflects the unique positioning of Flex in the marketplace."
