Ford has updated the Bronco Sport for the U.S.A.
Top story for the compact off-roader is the fact that the Bronco Sport Outer Banks, whether equipped with a 1.5-litre or a 2.0-litre engine, is available with a Sasquatch off-road package. This package adds to the off-roader a twin-clutch rear-drive unit and locking rear differential as well as 29-inch Goodyear Territory All Terrain tyres specially developed for the Bronco Sport.
The Ford Bronco Sport come with two cast accessory-ready tow hooks in front, and can be had with model-specific 29-inch Goodyear Territory All Terrain tyres
The package also adds to the Bronco Sport Bilstein rear shocks with position-sensitive damping and piggyback reservoirs, which are said to offer a wider range of compression and rebound damping capabilities and replace the Bronco Sport Badlands' standard monotube off-road dampers.
On the outside, the Bronco Sport Sasquatch matches its upgraded suspension equipment and off-road technology with a standard front brush guard, steel skid plates, and modular, accessory-ready front and rear bumpers with steel bash plates. The vehicle also comes with four recovery points: Two cast accessory-ready tow hooks in front and a pair of cast D-rings on the rear bumper.
The Ford Bronco Sport also now features modular points on its exterior that owners can fit a range of accessories to such as brush bars and driving lights or mounts for dune flags.
Also new across the range for the 2025 Bronco Sport is a 360-degree Camera with an off-road Trail View with width-accurate tyre overlays. The Bronco Sport Badlands model and Sasquatch Badlands package offer an available 360-Degree Camera with a Split View that shows the front tyres using the cameras under the side-view mirrors.
The Ford Bronco Sport features a 13.2-inch centre display that runs Ford's Sync 4 system. This system can receive software over-the-air software updates, and supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard. The 2025 Bronco Sport is also available with an accessory-ready Bring Your Own Device tray.
The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport is set to arrive in dealerships across the U.S.A by November 2024, while the Bronco Sport Sasquatch will be available in the first quarter of 2025.
