Flagship DENZA showroom now open along Alexandra Road

The next time your commute takes you through the Leng Kee motoring belt, you'll probably want to keep your eyes out for a new logo - and a fresh name - along Alexandra Road.
Opened in conjunction with the brand's official launch in Singapore last Thursday (10 October 2024), the flagship DENZA showroom now resides within the first floor of the Vantage Automotive Centre, and can now be visited by Singaporeans interested in getting up close with the DENZA D9. The space was previously occupied by Peugeot Singapore, which has shifted to Level 2 of the Centre instead.

Designed with an "inviting environment" in mind, what makes the flagship DENZA showroom special isn't just its sense of space (courtesy of its large lounge area and high ceilings) - but also what has been dubbed "experience corners".
As visitors make their way into the showroom, they will be greeted first by a visual 'heritage timeline' documenting the milestones of the BYD brand, followed by a separate one for the DENZA brand. A digital wall also showcases the technologies underpinning the two brands - such as the intelligent automation of its manufacturing processes.
Visitors will be able to learn more about the DENZA brand through special experience corners in the showroom
The launch of the brand in Singapore also saw DENZA Singapore introducing its first merchandise collection to customers, crafted in collaboration with Tocco Toscano, a homegrown fashion label for premium leather and vegan-friendly products.
At the flagship showroom, customers will also be able to browse DENZA-branded sustainable leather products, such as wallets, padfolios, and travel organisers. Fancy an in-car karaoke session? You'll also spot the brand's hands-free microphone set displayed on the shelves here.
DENZA has also launched a bespoke merchandise collection in collaboration Tocco Toscano - while customers can get up close with a DENZA-branded microphone set too, which links wirelessly to the DENZA D9's in-car karaoke system
The grand opening of the flagship showroom last Thursday capped off an event-packed brand launch itinerary for DENZA, which first held a closed-door press conference at Shangri-La Hotel to introduce itself, before heading towards ION Orchard for a public unveiling of the D9.
With launch prices for the rear-wheel drive Elite variant starting below $300,000 (including COE), the brand announced on the day that it had already received approximately 300 orders for the electric MPV.
The D9 is offered in the more powerful all-wheel drive Grandeur variant as well, whose dual motors put out 369bhp and 470Nm of torque, allowing it to complete the century sprint in just 6.9 seconds.
The evening also saw a number of celebrities gracing the occasion, including former MediaCorp Artiste, Li Nanxing, who has been appointed as the official ambassador for the DENZA D9.
Praising the vehicle's "unmatched space", as well as highlighting his favourite on-board features such as its smart connectivity and voice automation, Li lauded the D9 for its ability to morph into a "mobile office", calling it the "perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and innovation".
