ComfortDelGro introduces Toyota Alphard Hybrid to limo fleet

ComfortDelGro has announced the expansion of its premium offerings with the launch of its new fleet of limousine-styled Toyota Alphard Hybrid taxis.
The new MPV can accommodate up to six passengers, and offers exceptional luxury features such as a spacious interior, ventilated seats with ottoman and massage functions, and multiple USB-C charging points. It will join the company's existing fleet of limousine taxis, which includes models such as the Toyota Vellfire and Mercedes E-Class. Consistent with the ComfortDelGro Lexus ES300 limousine taxis launched last year, the Alphard Hybrid taxis will feature LED taxi signs behind the windscreen instead of traditional rooftop toppers.
In addition to providing opportunities for higher earnings, ComfortDelGro Taxi is also committed to building a supportive ecosystem for its cabbies. Beyond CPF contributions to its drivers - including the recent Platform Workers Act - the company has also invested $5.5 million annually in driver welfare and incentive schemes, covering its 13,000 drivers.
These schemes include rental incentives, fuel and electric vehicle charging discounts to defray daily operating costs, medical and income support during illness and recovery.
