Was searching for new rims before discovering it's not easy to find mine due to the offset. Went to a big & prominent tyre shop, before discovering they do not have what I want. Called up Chen Jin, and went down to their shop. The nice lady helped me made lots of calls to find my rims and as well as tyres, and finally found what I want. Excellent customer service, great experience, highly recommended!

Went to get new rims and tyres fitted. Flawless experience from product selection to price acquisition and all the way to fitting and paying. All within 30 minutes - absolutely seamless. Kudos to Chen Jin. Keep up the great job, guys. Really 2 thumbs up!

Came here to get Advan Rims for my car and was given a reasonable quote by the friendly and helpful staff. Also realigned my wheels and they did it very well. Will come back if need arises.

Came here to change tyres and got a set of Yokohamas on recommendation. Very good tyres and I like it! Staff are helpful and friendly, service is good and price is good. Will recommend!

Went down to change my Honda Fit rims & tyres today. The lady who attended to me (Adeline) was excellent. Though she speak a mixture of language, she was very helpful to explain to me the different rim model, weight & type of tyres suitable for my FIT. No hard selling, in fact let me take my time to think & decide. After paying, she even take time to remind me the next visit for wheel check, nitrogen air pump & also how to take care of my Enkei rim. Competitive price. Highly recommended shop!

Drop by this recommended shop at Kaki Bukit. Just planning to shop a few place first for rim and tyre. As the service is super good. Product and price is very fair. I dont have to look further and settled with the 17in Rim plus tire with them. The lady there very good service and knowledge. Good patience. The service guys are hardworking and helpful. Must be one of the best in Singapore. Hope I would be impress by them again. Of course, I'm satisfy with my new wheels.

Went to the new shop on the 23/11/2011 and bought set of 17" tyre and rim too. Worth my time going there since I was from the western part of Spore. I would say this is the best experience ever when I enter a car shop. The staff was very customer service oriented. Did gain a few knowledge about tyres and rim as I was a newbie. Was served by the ladyboss Elaine (sorry if mispelled). Thumbs up for her. Recommend me for the value for money tyre which is suit my style of driving but I prefer a Made in Japan tyre which in the end I chose Potenza RE001. Now i trully enjoy my ride and can't wait to test it on the NS highway. I would certainly go back to change new tyre and rim once the COE drop drastically. Thumbz up Chen Jin Trading.

Excellent service, very friendly staff and very fair prices. I was there for wheel alignment after their very high tech equipments are in with my two small kids and wife. It was raining and we couldn't get our lunch and my two kids were starving. After knowing that, the nice female staff offered my kids her own bread which she had bought for herself. Well, what can I say, either my kids are too cute or this s what I called excellent customer service. Bought new racing nuts from them as a result....looking forward for them for new rims too..

went to Serangoon outlet on 29/8/11 to change my rim to 14" sport rim... the staff there is very friendly and precision. Very happy with their work, for my future tyres change will go back there to change my for sure.

Visited seragoon branch, Adeline is helpful and friendly attending to all my question on tyres. Price quote was slightly cheaper by $10-15 as compare to others I like the unlimited rotation service Down side the shop was cramp and only 3chair for customer to seat and wait. It is a small decent shop worth to visit. Hope their other outlet will be able to provide wheel alignment service as current they out source to another shop in ubi.

I am a newbie. Went to Serangoon branch and stay there for almost 2 hrs, asking a lot of questions and looking at tyre and rims. The folks were patient, non-pushy and friendly. Happy with service and price is reasonable.
