星加玻機場內取車方便,但注意取車在T1 若你在T2下機要乘sky train to T1 還車注意需泊T2 2B ,但導航set T2 departure 在到Departure 前路口由左邊2B 入停車場 - paulmon HO

I received an email on the 1st of june stating that they will charge me $214(including gst) for the cleaning fees as they found ashes and ciggerate smell in the car where as i am not a smoker. I do not recommend this car rental to the people our there!! - Didi

Avoid, they appear to be a scam operation. I booked and paid for my 3 week rental through a 3rd party website giving my flight details when I booked. The flight was 45 minutes late and the luggage was a bit slow. When I turned up at the desk (after 13 hr flight) they told me they had "rented my car to someone else" because I was late. They did have one other (and only one) another "identical" car available but it was much more money. I would have to sacrifice my original booking and book afresh with them. The person photoed was unable to show me this Sixt policy, put me through to a manager or explain the policy in any detail. He told me he would call the police if I took his photo. But since they've stolen my money I decided to risk it. Avoid!!!!! - Simon Galbraith

normally i dont make any difference between car rental companies when I get a car for the weekend. but this time, i was so impressed by the good service of sixt, I thought i do them a favor back and leave a good word for them. the car was very clean and brand new, but what impressed me was that they immediately offered me a navigation system for free when i told them that i thought it was included in the price. they also agreed to take the car back on sunday so i could save an extra day of rental. in addition i got an upgrade to a higher car group even though this was my first rental with them. keep up the good work guys! AC.
