Ian was detailed. He measured my cabin floor space and offered to enlarge my driver's mat so that it cover the full area. Truely customised. Had a pleasant chat with him and he shared some tips on tire conservation. Definitely recommend him for car mats. - Jie Kang

I've not seen such a friendly Boss in a long time. NO hard Selling. Provide the best cost effective options. I'm just so impressed with his service and workmanship on my Honda Odyssey. Wasn't too pleased with the free car mats given when I got my car, but Ian resolved this instantly with his superior quality custom made car mats! The quantity is even better than 3M (which I used for my previous car), and is non-slip... colour options are very nice too and the colour which I chose (grey-black) was the perfect match to my car interior. And the non-slip base means no more issues with the mat slipping around when driving. The fitting was also perfect, and he also acceded to my request to extend the size to cover my left foot rest. Ian was super helpful. Provided lots of pictures for reference. Transaction and collection was smooth. Expected to pick up and go but he offered to vacuum our car and installed the mats, everything was done in 10mins. Can tell that he takes alot of pride in his car mats and is open to feedback about it. - Ian Voo

Ian was very easy to deal with. And he vacuumed my car before installing the new mats. Not forgetting he provided extra value by providing me information on whether I should have chucked my old mats.
