The overall experience using carlite was great. The customer service was fantastic, everything was on time and on point. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends and family. Also, possible to have the car options around more locations in the east, the cheaper options and for the tier 2 drivers. Other than that, I'll be joining back soon!

Good service and Excellent customer service especially from Alvin! Had a good experience with Car Lite! I did not need to make a trip down to book the ride. I can do so by online booking and a video call for registration. At first, I wanted to collect the car from Segar but after my registration, I just found out that it was no longer available for booking presumably that someone has already booked it. The next nearest collection point is at Bukit Batok which is further from my house. I wrote a request to see if it was possible for them to relocate the car back to Segar and they did! Their response was prompt and next day, the car was relocated. The car condition was well-maintained and clean. Upon returning the car, I've forgotten to take my wallet out and the car was already locked. I called the service hotline and they immediately understand the situation and unlock the car from their side. Overall, I will recommend to my friends and book the service again. - ScoRvia Ningsih

I've rent twice wth them, hassle free process and their car are very well maintained. But the downside is, I lived in Punggol, the nearest station is at least 20mins (to and fro) from my house to collect & return car which is extremely tough for me with a young toddler. I do hope in the near future they'd have stations near punggol central. Your team has been pushing for more car models across more locations progressively since I last joined. From only Mazda 3 to a few Toyota sedans initially, now I'm seeing Mazda 6, Vezel and CX-3 plus two of my favorite MPVs in this picture. Your PR called me when one of the hirers got into an accident with the Sienta which i wanted to rent so I was prepared for a change of car models as repair was required, and responded quickly to my clarifications when there was a little bug with the booking information. By far your cars came in great condition and look sparkling new despite having clocked certain mileages. It was a great experience onboard and definitely hope your hirers and mechanic team will continue taking good care of them.
