Suspension and steering rack  Posted on 04-Aug-2022
The best service and repair I ever had. Recommended by a friend to try, went down and told Ah hao that a lot of rattling and knocking sound. After he diagnosed determine was suspension and lower arm issue. Took about 3hrs to replaced then went for test drive even after their shop closed. I was satisfied because there was another knocking sound from steering rack but decide to Come back another day Other workshop say need to change whole steering rack $3-4k. Ah hao, told me to prepare this amount also. End up he managed to fixed it himself without buying a new rack to save me all the money. Ah hao is really knowledgeable and super duper helpful. He do his best to help without complaining or short changing his attention. Best workshop!

Read good online reviews for this company and send my 2 cars for repair and servicing. Wah Hong did not disappoint me. Their services were indeed excellent. Patient in explaining what's wrong with my car and the things they did to repair (with photos and videos progress update). Ah Hao was truly a master, thorough and detailed in troubleshooting the problems and repairs. Also, thanks to Kent for the great service!

Best workshop in Toh guan, has one of the best services I’ve experienced. In my opinion, better than the authorized agent’s services. I wish to Thanks all the mechanics Gao Yang, Kent l, Ah Mu and especially Ah Hao for his patience, professional, courtesy and the root cause of my car issues and giving service assurance. The office staff are also very nice and friendly. The prices they quote are reasonable and fair in their service . I discovered that my car's steering wheel was a bit off, so I took it to Wah Hong for a computerized wheel alignment to fix it. They conducted a thorough check on my car and replaced any worn-out parts. After the servicing, my car returned to its best condition. My car broke down halfway home, but when I called Wah Hong, they responded quickly and rescued me. They towed my car to their workshop, and the turnaround time was very reasonable. The mechanic over there are very experienced. All my car done servicing with them. Whatever problem I have with my car, just give drive over and ask them to check.
