Send my car as my clutch failed after only 17 days getting it from a dealer.

Even though it was frustrating for me to face this scenario, Eric was instrumental in guiding me from day one on what rectification is required.

The following below is why I will always recommend Han Revolution.

1. Very easy access to get in touch with Eric. He answers every call and whatsapp.
2. Guide you through every single step ensuring you are well informed.
3. Gives a lot of assurance that rectification done will be of the best quality.
4. Continuously update on progress.

I must say the end result has exceeded my expectation! The car feels so much better in comparison to the day I took it from the dealer.

Decided to trust Eric on my harrier bodykit after meeting him for the first time. He was very confident and patient as i ask him many different question regards to mod. The end result of my harrier bodykit was a Total Wow! Really thumbs up to their workmanship and professionalism.

Hond Shuttle Brake Kit Installation Service Review  Posted on 08-Apr-2017

Eric is the workshop boss in-charged. He provided a very excellent service and provide technical solutions during my brake kit installation. During installation, problem was encountered when my current sport rim design cannot match to the brake calliper clearance. He has good contacts for tyre and rim networking where he quickly resolved my problems and get a good pricing new tyre and new for replacement and also cleared the brake calliper interference issue. He always assured customer with confidence level that the he can take up the job and commit to customer that there is no risk for my brake kit installation.

Was recommended to this shop by a friend of mine for whole body wrapping. In the end, not only was I satisfied with the quality of work done on the different panels but also on the custom design that I had submitted to them. Also did some performance upgrades and it was all neatly and professionally done.

Eric and his staff were superb and friendly too. I can observe that their passion and full commitment in their work. They are very cautious and professional in the car work installation and their aim is perfection and definitely their customer service is top notch.

Han revolution is definitely a trust worthy workshop to visit. The boss Eric is very honest and I paid him extra which slipped my mind, he reminded me that I had made the down payment cost. Their staffs take pride in their work and definitely won't give a sloppy end product which I was really impressed by their professionalism. For example, they also ensure my rim is a good quality paintwork when I requested Eric to send the new rim for spray paintworks which the colour I had chosen. Even though the boss Eric seem busy, he is willingly to spend time with customer and more than willing to sit down and share ideas and knowledge with the customers, He always assured customer of their needs and parts delivery by purchasing order from over sea.

Definitely Han Revolution is the RIGHT choice to go to for me and some close friends of mine. Appreciate the heart and their honesty that they put into the business. I will definitely go back to this workshop if my car needs further upgrading or servicing.

I did door pillar wrap (brush steel) at Hans Revolution. The workmanship is awesome and they offer good & Sound advice on the mods. Very honest people and what is good is that there is no need to pay parking fee.

Recently brought my ride to Han Revolution to install the solar film as the in-house provided by Agent was utterly crappy.

Arranged with Eric and came down following day for installation. Overall experience was wonderful and not to mention the after-customer service (cos i had some slight issues with the film cos of the car sticker out of place - being a perfectionist i am, and not related to Han), Eric rectified the issue by replacing the film again in a short span!

A shout-out to Eric and team for their passion in what they do as well as their after-sales.

Highly recommended and will be looking back to Eric and team for my future automotive needs.

Was looking for a particular brand of camera & They had a promotion going on so decided to head down to install. Mechanic William was very obliging answering all of my queries even though he was busy doing up car. Boss was helpful in explaining the functions of the camera. Workmanship was great.

Drop by their place to enquire about car camera to replace my faulty one. Eric attended to me patiently and took the great effort to explain me to the difference features of the car cameras that they carried.

What really please me as a customer is that he is not pushy at all. The level of service is the same despite i opt for the most basic and cheapest model.

Upon confirmation, one of the staffs proceed to do the installation for me. I continue to have some chat with Eric for about 10-15 mins. The installation was completed. Wow, that's really fast as my previous car camera installation need me to have a coffee break and come back in an hour time.

Great service experience with Han Revolution team. Keep up the good job!

Had done several works with them such as sound proofing, cosmetics, performance optimization. Overall, experience has been very positive. The staff are interactive and most importantly, there is an overall sentiment of sincerity in the work performed.

Went to hans multiple times, all the services they provide is all excellent. You don't have to worry what they can't do. Basically they got everything on their mind. Even though things they don't have it in the workshop they will contact the other outlets for you to settle those issues for you. Great services. When there's a mistake and went back to do it again, they still give a smile and welcome you back. Some of the garages will have the unhappy face if you're back. But Han definitely makes you feel welcomed. It's the best garage I've been to. Skills is there, customer service is there, prices they quote is reasonable they won't chop you off, yet explain to you why the cost is like that, outlet itself it's just basically excellent. Great team members! Hans revolution FOR THE WIN!
