My first time bringing my car into BCC for a fault diagnosis. I booked a service with Nora, the service staff who took my call. She tended to me the following day. She is cheerful and very friendly. She got me sorted out with the mechanic the moment I arrived at their Toh Guan branch. Got to know their in-house mechanic, Mr Ong, we took a look at my car and was quickly able to diagnose BMW OBD faults and recommended the best repair strategy and part replacement based on budget, and duration to my next service. I found BCC staff very knowledgeable in continental cars. I found their prices are very affordable for offerings. And much cheaper than authorised distro repair (PML). This, with prompt and friendly first class customer service and competitive pricing, will definitely see myself returning back to BCC for my next service. - Shaun Chng

I have been servicing my vehicle with BCC (Kaki Bukit) since 2017. I recently upgraded to a pre-own conti car, just one month into driving this car, the problems started coming out. The car dealer did a dirty job by hiding the problems. As a typical cost saving person, I went to a few workshops for quotes but still stick with BCC because their prices are reasonable and comparable to others as well. They are honest in their recommendations to tell you things that you should change immediately or no rush to change. As a car owner, we definitely want to minimise the repair cost as much as we can. I'm writing this long overdue review and feedback, after sending my car in for an oil change in July 2019.

Overall customer service experience was pleasant, from appointment booking to car collection. It was done in a professional manner similar to AD standards, except without a comfortable lounge to relax while waiting.

I used the engine oil change packaged with the 3-in-1 engine treatment, could feel an immediate improvement in my old workhorse.

The service adviser or supervisor took some time to present me with a checklist of the items which required attention, either to service or change. No hard selling at all, which I like.

Overall, this is one of the more professional independent workshops I visited, and would probably re-visit again, if it is not so far from my place.

I have given a 4 star rating for "Value for money" Above, as I felt that the cost of replacement parts are slightly pricier.

Was browsing and wondering which of the workshops to go to regards to a recurring sound that I keep hearing whenever I drive... Decided to give it a try at BCC based on the positive reviews seen. So is my first time there & I must say I was not disappointed at all. Melvin contacted me and listened to my sharing on the issue. Even though his Kaki Bukit outlet doesn't have available slot for me, he still try to spare me a 1 hour time to have his colleague to take a look & trouble shoot the car (as I mentioned is nearer to my place) After approx 2 hours wait, problem identified & rectified. And with another 2 days of monitoring, the sound has disappeared !
