Went down on 7 May to have my air-con checked as white smoke was coming out every time the air con was on and it was also no longer cold. Despite having just opened (about 10.15a.m or so), Ryan (mechanic) attended to my problem enthusiastically. Later, boss Albert even introduced himself and had a good chat about the condition of the air-con. As my Chrysler Voyager is uncommon, he frankly told me that parts (if needed) may be hard to come by. Appreciated his honesty. Even did a manual check (unscrew glove box, check relays etc) and later on, also a diagnostic using this tablet-like item and managed to pinpoint the exact code error (fan not working resulted in open circuit). He said that he will inquire about the parts and get back to me. Checking and diagnostic FREE of charge, no payment till parts are quoted. Such mutual trust and great service is seldom seen nor experienced. The whole staff look like they enjoy working there and seem very passionate about what they do! Am definitely coming back to service my vehicle there as their packages are relatively cheap! (Be warned though, their waiting lounge is soo comfy that you might just fall asleep)

Unpredictable weather recently already gonna fry me and just recovered from Flu , found out that my air Conditioning system for my bim was down! 'Great things' come together but in the wrong way!

Called one of my Bimmer Kaki and and he recommended 'DM' and told that his uncle got his E60 aircon compressor changed from there. DM gave warranty for their replacement and assured after-service. Job was well done and system was cooling. Hmm, decided to try them.

I tried and was stunned with their clean workshop and nice restroom. They explained on my problem and good news- Refrigerant leakage only, quoted me a repair cost and was glad I don't have to break my pocket with hefty replacement on a new compressor. Price quoted was very reasonable! They even propose for an air con treatment service and I took it in order to prolong my compressor lifespan.

When all done, I hop in after the mechanic tested the aircon system. Cool! The Friendly boss came along, chatted for a while and I rushed off!

Honesty counts in such trade and I appreciated their act of Fairness.

I signed up a servicing package with DM not because I already know these guys as my fellow forum kakis. Relationships do not mean anything if the workshop does not offer excellent service, knowledgeable mechanics and most importantly, customer-oriented attitudes and approaches when helping to solve issues and problems that arise especially with aging rides.

I have recommended a few colleagues and they have been very impressed so far. The nice and comfortable customer lounge is a huge plus, in addition to the workshop's proximity to a coffee shop that offers delicious and value-for-money food.

I am living and working at Woodland, which is always not easy to get a good workshop at such deserted area. Heard my friend saying about this newly open workshop which is looking so great, decided to drove by during lunch time to have a look at how great and atas can a workshop be. Surprisingly, never had i thought that a car workshop can be looking so comfy n nice! It is packed with cars.One of the staff approached me, u will never thought that a workshop staff can be such well service oriented. Decided to have my servicing there, and managed to get back my car in the later evening though they were so busy with so many cars. So glad to find a treasure in this area, which gonna save me alot trouble when my car happen to have any problem! definitely going back to them for any problem of my car*touch wood*

During Feb month this year, I got a re-conditioned air con compressor replaced for my ride from a dishonest workshop in AMK area. My recon air-con compressor was gone after only a week. I was frustrated yet nothing can be done as no warranty was given. Spend about $400plus and felt cheated.

I picked up an old 9tro magazine and Read about DM, I decided to give them a try based on their facebook reviews. DM claimed to be honest and I decided to go ahead with them.

Got there and I was attended by DM Keith, a friendly young Operation manager. He got the senior mechanic to diagnose my air con system. They came back with recommendation for a replacement of a new compressor and proper cleansing services to my entire air-con system. They got me a new Denso Compressor, clearly explained what they will do to the replacement and services. I was careful as was bitten before. Shared with the DM team my bad experience and they felt for me. They even encouraged me to stay with them while they replace the new compressor and watch the whole process. Was surprised with their approach as normally other workshop mechanics will never suggest that.

While waiting for their replacement, Ops manager Keith shown me to their rest area. It was such a cosy rest area in boutique style as they claimed, drinks provided and big LCD TV with PS3 game console. I fallen asleep while waiting. Woke up and car not done yet, and went for a meal at the foodcourt just next to them.

When my replacement was done, I was drove around for a test drive with the new compressor. The air con specialist has also done a free air con treatment for my system. Totally pleased with the cool clean air and paid with most pleasure.

They give 3 month warranty for all new air con compressor replaced. Great Garage and great service. Thumbs up. Writing this to help promote them and for all to gain when u face air con problems.

Went there for my regular servicing. When i reach there, i was like WOW, i nv seen such a nice workshop before. It was really designer kind of workshop lol. Drove into the workshop, was attended by a polite staff, asking me what i want to do. Told him i want to do servicing. He showed me a few packages and i was surprised with this kinda setup, the pricing is still within the market rate. Their slogon, we only look expensive but we r not.

Left my car key to the mechanic, was asked to relax at the lounge, with nice sofa, big led tv, ps3. Watching movies and relaxing myself at the same time, never did i know that i actually fall asleep there, hahaha. Too cozy already.

Mechanic came into the lounge and told me my car is done. Went to pay up and left there happily. Really thumbs up for the workshop. Good Service and Rates. Best of all, the most atas workshop i ever been to.

Very nicely done up workshop....cosy and very friendly staff.
Most importantly, their service is fast and good.

I went for their air-con restoration package.
Was previously advice by another workshop to replace the air-con compressor, but the guys at DM advice me, there is no need to.

Was quite impressed with the "air-con restoration" package thst I opt for, they did a few things like.....washing the coil, top up refrigerant, inject some kind of trestment oil into the compressor, and the best of all....they threw in an air-con filter.........all in the package at a very reasonable prize.

My AC was so much cooler and I am satisfied.
I guess I be back to DM to try their attractive service package package.

Glad to found a reliable workshop who help me save quite a bit.
