I did a full suspension tune in Nov 2019, involving cornerweight balancing and precise settings to my coilover height, for optimal comfort and handling. (The tune was not done by SK Garage Motorsports (SK)). After that, I wanted to fine-tune the damping settings for the rear. I went back to SK as I bought my coilovers from them. Instead of just adjusting the rear damping, they adjusted the stroke of the damper, and told me it would not affect the suspension tune. They were completely wrong. The adjustment they made totally screwed up the comfort and handling, and they were not able to undo the mistake after that. Derek did not want to take responsibility.

I also found on two separate occasions that my coilovers were not tightened properly. The first time, the locking ring for the front left coilover was loose. This explained the 'clank' sound I heard when turning the steering full to the left. SK had dismissed this as being 'normal' when I mentioned it. The sound went away after the locking ring was tightened properly. Second time, there was a rattling sound from the rear suspension even driving on normal roads. Brought to another workshop to check, and discovered the stock locking nut for the rear suspension was missing. A washer for the coilover absorber was also damaged as a result. Don't know if SK is directly responsible, but it's a fact both times SK was the last ones to work on my suspension.

The cost to me: paying for a second suspension tune to restore the comfort and handling, needing to import a replacement locking nut and absorber washer, not to mention wasted time and loads of frustration. I regret ever trusting them with my suspension, and am utterly disappointed with their lack of expertise and accountability, based on my experience with them.
