My bmw was pampered by them always. Been there 2 times already and the recent service I opt for the Meguiar M688 package... The coating was really good and their technique expertise are top-notched!

They also offer me their home and entertainment while waiting for car to be done properly! And they do until it is perfect!

There was no hard sell pushing of unnecessary products that I experienced in my previous workshop. They only highlighted what my car requires to be groomed back to showroom standard & Gave me great after-care tips.

Left my car in their care for a good 5 hours. They undoubtedly strived for nothing less than perfection, aiming to only present the best without rushing the job.

They are the guys that love cars more than themselves, people that will truly take care of your car, people that CHOSE to walk into this industry, not people who are hired, not people who collects money and let their staff handle the customer's car. They are the ones who work, QC, rectify and issues and most importantly, they ensure the quality of your car is tip top, without covering their mistakes, 100% Transparent and that is what sets them apart from the rest.

Having went through Meguiar's training for car detailing, they sure do understand and share the basic as well as technical aspects of car care, maintenance and detailing. They aren't shy to admit their mistakes nor try to hide them from the customers, but instead, they put in time and effort to rectify it and ensure that the end product is of top notch quality that satisfies and please not only the customer but themselves as well. (Have you ever seen your detailer gleamed with joy after looking at the after-product of theirs?)

I am someone who believes that if you want a job done well, you have to do it yourself but this team has proven me otherwise. I watched them work on my car and I got to say, their attention to details blew me away. They work on removing every swirl mark or scratch by deploying all 4 pairs of their eyes to look from every angle at many intervals; sometimes even with the help of extra lighting. It is only when all 4 of them agree that there is no more scratch or imperfection on that area then they move on to tackle the next one. Their level of dedication and passion in making your car shine, scratch and swirl marks free is something you will never find elsewhere. Me could never comprehend why the better half keeps complaining about water marks and that the paint work was not good when we collected our new car last Jun. So I decided to make an appt to let our car have a spa treatment. Definitely had no regrets cuz just imagine your freckles and wrinkles all gone and your face glowing after just one facial.
