Just had my first 1km merc run in serving done by Autosprint. A surprisingly well put together establishment. Went into the service centre and was quickly introduced to the service Manager Justin. I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding services provided by Zi How( Service Consultant ) on 16th September 2019. I was the facing the problem of my Vellfire cannot start in the morning and was worried the next day the driving trip to Malaysia might be affected. First thing came to my mind is to call Zi How although there is a hotline to call tow truck at my front top left windscreen. Your delicated staff Zi How explain to me clearly those few steps before he contacted the tow truck after those steps failed to start the car. He even go the extra mile to checked the status of the arrival of the Tow truck by calling me few times which gave me the assurance and confident. My car was rectified with replacement of new battery and also the concern of wheel alighment issue was also resolved with your super tech with great knowledge! Thank you! I am pleased with them. Only thing is that they have a nice lounge. Other than that, prices are expensive and service is slow.

Did my 1k servicing there as they are the authorized workshop for my PI. Am very pleased with the service provided by Justin and team and felt that they went above and beyond to help. Was initially very disappointed to find a fault on my side skirt mount less than 3 weeks after car collection from PI. Imagine how that feels for a new car owner, and then having to worry about negotiating with the workshop to get it fixed. But Justin was very understanding and reassuring throughout. He helped with a temporarily fix and offered to do a more complete fix when I could afford a longer down time, all without haggling or trying to push blame. Very different experience from my previous AD workshops who automatically do taichi the moment you mention 'warranty' By the way, they stock 0w20 EO for hybrid cars. - Jason Koo
