Long awaited review for Vincent and his team after 1 week of driving. I came to Vincent as my there were some problems with my brakes, as well as the positive reviews in sgCarMart. Vincent was super friendly and prompt in his reply where he set up an appointment with me ASAP. Fast forward, Vincent swiftly diagnosed the problems that my car was facing and instructed his team to get on with it. Vincent was swift in his update and his team even took the initiative to check on other parts of the car, identifying other underlying problems that haven't been fixed by other workshop since I got the car. All in all, Vincent and his team are professional and deliver what they promised. Some might argue that the price you pay here is a tad higher, but it's definitely worth the quality and knowledge you get from Vincent and his team.
