I would like to comment on the outstanding and extraordinary service provided by Transglobal Auto. Even though I reached there just 5 minutes prior to closing time they attended to me with excellent service and guidance.

I am using the new product now and the quality is also excellent.

I recommend this to all Toyota Drivers out there who are searching for genuine spare parts for their car.

Wanting to replace my current Bosch wipers ...Used for 3 mths only and wiping has become very blurry. Anyway called Transglobal to check for stock, the lady said left last set for my car model. Told her to reserve first and I proceeded to go collect during lunchtime.

The place is a building on its own, very easy to find. I parked outside using coupon and walked in...Very near only. Went in and look for the lady I spoke to. Forgot to ask her name but this sweet young lady is very patient and approachable....I kept enquiring about other car parts, availability and price and she is very patient and nice throughout explaining to me.

Best is the price is sooooo good, for original some more. Please really can go Transglobal and buy...Can save alot. Previously I stupidly replaced my wipers in BM.....Actually can buy 4 or 5 new sets from Transglobal liao. Will be looking to get my front shock absorbers from there soon before my next servicing. The pricing is definitely reasonable.

I am a great fan of good customer service. This is not too common in Singapore & Especially in certain industries like cars repairs, spares etc. I have been for years purchasing spares from toyota stockists n stayed with one particular one who had a short temepered sales person. Having bought a new PI car that is not common. My greatest worry was to have to buy spares i did not have part numbers for N some homework had to be done to get the right number. Well i had to find a bolt that was damaged by my leather installer (another story) of course i tried my stockist (short tempered) first n got grumpy feedback..A scolding n a mini lecture..Only to be told "We dont sell these bolts" ...I was pretty down Till i started to read review of other stockist. Found tansglober...Drove down n received a huge surprise. Completely different treatment ... Zero scolding!! The staff n yes the boss were really helpful. The boss who had first attended to me n suggested i come down to check the diagram to confirm the bolt..Served me for about 30 mins. I got sooo comfortable i even started to share the story about how the bolt was damaged.

I was allowedd behind the counter to check the toyota software n diagram. I realised the bolt bumber was difficult to get n even got a printout of the diagram when i asked. At this point i had bought nothing!!! N was after a bolt only!!! I felt so paiseh i decided to buy the usual oil filter n aircon filter n air filter. They asked me my milage n said no need for aircon yet n air filter they had no stock...My car is using newer models of sparea n said they would order!!

Speaking from experience ..This place is very much better. Don't be fooled their business is focussed on supplying to car workshops ..I think not walk in like me n some of the other reviwers just lile most stockist. What i find really amazing is their attiyude n mindset.

Going the exra mile..Helping a guy loook for a bolt..They even suggested alternate places for the bolt...The prices are competitive too same prices as my old place for the engine filter.

I have found my new stockist for the rest of my toyota' life lol!!

Very friendly and helpful people at Transglober, it was a real pleasure talking and dealing with them. Location is good too, free parking (limited to 30 minutes if I recall correctly) within the building, ample parking lots as well.

I bought total 8 items from Uncle Eric.

I had enquired from 3 major Toyota Stockist before deciding to buy from them.
Transglober is around 12% lower than the other two (located at Dunlop street and Owen)

On the day of purchase, I told him the parts I required.
He listed all the parts numbers and prices on a piece of paper.
Bingo, all the prices are exactly the same that I had enquired few days ago.
(I did not tell him that I called before)

No hard selling. Place easy to find and URA Parking outside the building.
Do a comparision and give this company a chance.

One of my Toyota HID bulbs was blown after 5 years and 3 months.

Instead of changing at the authorized dealer or workshop, decided to DIY for the replacement.

Called three major Toyota stockists, Transglober was the cheapest by 14%.

Bought two HID bulbs this afternoon from them, quick and efficient service.

I have DIY and replaced the blown bulb, works 100%.

Highly recommended, will buy again from them when I require some parts.
