Saw their ad and immediately Sms Daryl about the tyres and he was quite fast in replying my Sms even though he is so busy.. Went down half an he before their shop close.. Daryl even recommend me not to waste $ to get the better 2nd hand Tyres as they are overkill as my car is only about 1yr + left.. So gotten a set of PS3 Tyres good enough to last me for a yr and gotten a new car battery from them as I find their price are cheap and service are good.. Thumbs up for them and keep up the good work..

Went down last week (Autobay) and purchase the Achilles 2233 tyres from Ah Heng. Was choosing between 45 and 50 profile. He had patiently explained to me the pros and cons. Prices quoted are very reasonable.

Went down to Euno shop in morning. There was already 1 Singpost van, 1 taxi, 1 BMW, and 1 lorry waiting. Workers were fast on their hands and had a great sense of urgency. They were literally running from place to place like afraid to keep customer waiting. Change 4 tires and it was done in less than 30 minutes despite long queue. Would highly recommend.

Was doing servicing at autobay when i chanced upon kim hoe. Visited the shop to ask for a particular brand and Sally helped me to order the tyres that i need. Within half an hour, she called me and told me my tyres arrived. Even before my servicing was done! Great compliments for her efficiency.

Bought used tyre from them for my brother's car. The tyres were in excellent condiiton and i got a good price for my bro after nego with Daryl. Keep up the good work.

2nd visit to Kim Hoe Tyres after i got my continental from them about 2 years ago. Bought another set of continental after i saw their ad online having promotion. As expected, service from their crew still as excellent. Darly rendered assistance to me thro out and even threw in a free yokohama usb charger even though i bought conti. Good customer service skills !

Bought a set of yokohama ad08r from Daryl at eunos. price was almost $50 cheaper per tyre compared to the other tyre shop that i've asked. shop was jam packed with cars when i went down around 4pm. Their workers even told me all of them havent eaten their lunch yet as can see they're v tired max. but thats understandable.

so far, ado8r grip is ok when you start. but when warmed up, it performs the best. the turn in and cornering are absolutely fantastic. It's early days to see what the wear rate is going to be like, but the grip, turn in and feed back are magnificent.

1. Highly recommend this place for Daryl's service and price.

2. I had my batteries changed by two PRC workers. Job done quickly without much hassle.

3. Only one small feedback which I mentioned to Daryl.

4. Batteries much be changed with a backup battery hooked up and connected. Engine must be Turned OFF.

5. Workers wanted to take short cut by replacing battery with Engine Running and no Back Up battery connected.

6. This is Highly Risky because many Alternators (very expensive car part) have been known to get Fried or Short-Circuited this way by accidental or careless handling when Negative touch Positive terminal with engine running!

Went to their KB outlet because of the very good reviews here and good prices.

Upon arrival and during installation of tyres, staff tried to convince me to change rims, I turned them down.

During balancing, staff informed me that there was a major issue with one of the rims and he was unable to balance it. He informed me that the rim had to be changed. I tried to get him to balance it as best as he could but he said it could not be done.

This made me suspicious as:

1. My tyre size is unique and it seemed that they were trying to push their less popular 2nd-hand rims onto me - there were only two options available to me.

2. I went at an off-peak time and there were few other customers - I wonder whether I would have a different experience if I had gone on a weekend.

3. I had experienced absolutely NO issues related to the rims and tyres prior to my visit to the outlet.

HOWEVER, they did show me some strange wear patterns on one of my tyres (of course this could have been due to poor balancing rather than rim defect) and I am inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt given the large number of positive comments here.

As such I am still giving them 5 stars for most of the categories but I am lowering the outlet experience and customer service scores to reflect my suspicions.

If this happens to you at this outlet, make sure you get their staff to teach and show you exactly what is wrong with the rim with clear evidence, and only proceed if you are very convinced that there is a problem with the rim.

Look for Sally for best quote and price. not to mention her service, outstanding as well!

Messaged Daryl on 27 sept 14 to enquire the availability of used tire for my soon to be scraped car as my tire size 19 inch v hard to find so just trying luck. Quite lucky, Daryl called me back almost immediately and told me to come to their eunos branch. i on him instantly and went down to their shop where he attended to me personally. v impressed with this young lad as he serviced me well through out.

not many shop is open on Sunday so went to kim hoe at eunos upon friend's intro. overall price is reasonable for my car tyre but need wait as for quite a bit to reach my turn. their store front jam packed with car even on sunday.

friendly n great experience w kim hoe. Although i visited this workshop the 1st time, i was v. impressed by them. i msged Daryl about the used tyre size that i want unfortunately he doesnt have. he contacted me a few days later, with the size that i want and the thread depth that i am satisfied with. this type of service is v. delightful. impressed!

Got myself used tyre from kim hoe @ eunos and Daryl serviced me well thro out. even though asked him a lot thro whatsapp and phone enquiry, he answered with patience and enthusiasm. he's well knowledgeable about whether the tyres can fit my car or not. great young chap not to mention their price. heard they're shifting got many good deals for their customers. 1+1 thumbs up for them.!
