Was introduced to Donny by my cousin for tire replacement and servicing. Donny was very friendly and his service attitude is tops! He gave me some good recommendations based on my budget, driving habits, and car requirements. He will patiently explain to me the pros and cons of every type of tires so that I have al the information before i make my choice. It was a very good experience overall learning experience with him. I feel more like a friend to him than a customer. You can be assured to call up him for advice on your car should you need any.

I have since went back to him to service my car and have my battery changed as well. I will definitely recommend him if you are looking for an honest opinion without breaking the bank to keep your car in tip top condition.

I was looking for a reputable tyre shop, having had a bad experience previously whereby the shop fitted undersized tyres. My friend recommended Donny from Khai Wah and during our first phone conversation, Donny was very friendly and gave me proper recommendations based on my car's requirements. He patiently explained some of the questions I had and his quoted prices are reasonable too. I subsequently ordered a set of Dunlop Le Mans LM704 tyres.

The installation process was smooth and fast. Took me less than an hour to get everything settled. The mechanics were friendly and did a good job. The administrative staff was also very warm towards me. Even after I left, I had some queries and called Donny up. His attitude was excellent and his assurance sincere.

All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Khai Wah and I'll recommend it to anyone who wants to have their tyres changed. Thank you Donny!

Wanted to buy a new set of rims. Made a phone call to the boss that I'll be popping over but may be late. He actually offered to wait for me despite already in their closing time. Fred (Boss) helped me choose the right rims and offered many valuable advices. They did a great job with the installation. Extremely professional, friendly service rendered and pricing is reasonable. Will strongly recommend to anyone who is thinking of geting rims, tyres and battery.

I went over this evening and purchased a set of 2nd hand Hankook tire, K425. The price is reasonable n the tires are in very good condition. Friendly boss and staff.

Before going to their workshop, have called to enquire about the vibration I faced during my driving. The staff gave me advises on what may have caused the problem, over the phone. Following weekend, I went over their shop. The staff then test drove my vehicle to see what is the actual problem. Then he advise me to a change a set of tires. I have called khai wah few day back to request for quotation and some advise for a new set of tyre. The staff is very knowledgeble and friendly . The advise that the staff gave me is very useful advice.

Called a day earlier to request for quote on a set of tyres after giving them the desired tyre make, model, dimension and size. I was given the assurance that there was stock and I don't need to wait for them or order them in advance. Went over the next day and waited for 2 hours for all 4 tyres to be changed even though I was the first car in the workshop! I wasn't told why I need to wait for so long until I ask them what's the hold up. Reason was because they didn't have the dimension and size of the tyres I wanted, and have to get from another place. Contradicted from the assurance given huh? Price is reasonable and workmanship seems fine, but just be prepared to wait. I would have appreciate if they can be forthright honest about the waiting time.
