Hyundai has launched the facelifted Palisade seven-seater SUV here in Singapore.
You'll be able to identify the facelifted model by its new grille, which is now wider, and also sports a distinctive parametric design. This grille is framed by redesigned head lights, now sporting new LED elements which mirror the design of the grille.
And further supporting the strong and adventure-ready design of the Palisade is a new lower front skid plate, while at the back, the taillights have also been redesigned.
On the inside, the driver's seat has been revised. The eight-way electronically adjustable driver's seat now offering increased comfort to reduce fatigue on long drives.
Those seated at the front can look forward to resting on Napp leather seats, and make use of a new wireless smartphone charger, now offering 15W instead of 5W of power. Also new here are redesigned slim air-conditioning vents.
Those seated at the third row, meanwhile, will also now get their own air-conditioning vents. A total of seven standard USB ports are also said to be available throughout the cabin of the Palisade.
Those that frequently transport children in the rear will be pleased to note that the in-vehicle intercom system, as well as the car's Quiet Mode, which mutes the rear speakers so those in the back can sleep undisturbed, have all been retained.
The necessary driving information will be displayed in the Hyundai Palisade via a fully digital 12.3-inch driver's instrument display, which comes equipped with the firm's Blind View Monitor, which will offer a view of the car's blind spot on the cluster, for easier and safer lane changing.
The cabin settings, meanwhile, can be accessed via a 12.3-inch touchscreen, which will support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and come with built-in navigation.
The facelifted Hyundai Palisade will arrive here with a suite of driver assistance features including Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Following Assist as well as a Reverse and Remote Smart Parking Assist and Smart Cruise Control, amongst others.
The Hyundai Palisade is offered here in Singapore with a 3.5-litre V6 engine. Power from this unit totals at 274bhp, while peak torque stands at 336Nm. This engine comes paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox, which allows the Hyundai Palisade to hit a claimed fuel economy of 9.5km/L.
