Toyota -Camry Hybrid -Perfect and Reliable Companion
The Toyota Camry Hybrid 2025 in Singapore is a dependable, stylish sedan that excels in hybrid efficiency, advanced technology, and refined driving performance. Its sleek lines, bold grille, sharp LED headlights, and 18-inch wheels (Elegance trim) combine for a sophisticated yet subtle road presence, making this the best-looking Camry yet.
Under the hood, Toyota's latest-generation hybrid system pairs a 2.5L engine with an electric motor, delivering a combined 224 bhp and 221 Nm of torque. With a rated fuel efficiency of 5.1L/100km and real-world results closer to 4.7L/100km, it offers a driving range of around 950km per tank. Whether you're coasting down the ECP or tackling CBD traffic, the ride remains whisper-quiet, with only slight CVT droning or tire noise at higher speeds. The powertrain feels zippy, with the electric motor (134 bhp) reducing lag and ensuring smooth acceleration. Moreover, the suspension is very soft, so it handles rough roads like a boss. Body-roll is not very apparent, only visible when spirited cornering. Steering is light yet natural. As such the Camry is built for any occasion; Either for ferrying your family for a weekend trip or an animated drive along smaller roads. Toyota doesn't joke about safety, and the Camry is proof. With Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, you get standard features (elegance trim) like adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and collision avoidance.
Step inside, and the interior greets you with plush leather seats and a spacious layout. It's so roomy, you might forget that you are in a Toyota. Rear passengers enjoy ample legroom and headroom, plus features like a screen in the armrest to control the rear sunshade and air conditioningâ€"a luxury typically found in continental cars. Sunshades are standard, outshining premium competitors. In the front, there is a small redesign of the helm with a new 12.3-inch infotainment system (wireless Apple CarPlay, wired Android Auto), which is responsive and works seamlessly. With a multifunctional steering wheel with physical buttons, an informative and legible digital gauge cluster and ventilated seats, the driver's seat is a comfortable place to be. The boot is sizable as well, at 524 litres, sufficient for 2-3 big luggages.
Overall, the Toyota Camry Hybrid is a perfect and reliable companion for Singaporeans who value reliability, efficiency, and understated luxury.... Read More
Toyota -Camry Hybrid -Drive it for the next 20 years
Nobody reviews Camrys. Yet those who have one would swear by it.
The immense roominess within versus your badge loving friends cramped in tiny premium sedans, that aircon that works better than Shiva's guard and spending peanuts at every servicing just due to it's immense bulletproofing - it's just how every car should be. The last generation focused on driving pleasure and looked good enough to be proudly accessorizable - all while saving you loads with the hybrid system.
This generation is a little mixed. Instead of the fierce looks, it opted to snort the same Purosangue-cocaine with Prius and has that front that isn't very forgiveable. Interiors are also less driver's cockpit focused. It had opted to harmonize with Crown and Prius and looks more open sourced than delightful.
I would say that this gen Camry and Crown decided to work together to put aside their previous "Better than Lexus" Identity crises to be more "Toyota". The focus is on being sedated cruisers, being quiet and comfortable and being able to laugh at the conti sedans stuck in workshops every other week.... Read More
