Cupra Born scores five stars at Euro NCAP

Curpra has announced that the Cupra Born, its first all-electric model, has achieved a five-star rating at the latest round of Euro NCAP safety tests.
The Cupra Born scored a 93% score in the adult occupant category of the safety tests, an 89% in the child occupant segment, and a 73% for the vulnerable road user category, alongside an 80% for the safety assist category.
The firm states that the wide variety of safety systems, in the Cupra Born, which ranges from Autonomous Emergency Braking, Traffic Sign Recognition, Travel Assist, Light Assist and Pre-Crash Assist, alongside its seven airbags amongst other features, all contributed to the vehicle's high scores at the tests
