The first round of bidding for April saw Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums rising across the board for private car categories. Premiums for Cat B and Cat E are now above the $100,000 mark.
The jump in premiums could be due to the arrival of the popular Mercedes-E Class here in Singapore. It is worth further noting that local authorised dealer Cycle & Carriage was additionally hosting roadshows across the past weeks for brands including Ora, Citroen, and Kia. This also could have pushed premiums for the categories upwards this session.
