Audi RS5 pictures leaked

The pictures shows the RS5’s slightly blistered wheel arches that hark back to the original Quattro coupe, the new front bumper with larger air vents at each corner, the honeycomb grille without the horizontal bar, the redesigned rear bumper with an integrated diffuser and the two large oval tail pipes. There are also revised LED tail lamps, new specific alloy wheels, and a retractable boot lid spoiler.

The interior shots indicate that there will be limited changes inside, but Audi will offer three different seat designs. The only transmission available will be Audi’s 7-speed dual clutch S-tronic gearbox, while the flat-bottomed steering wheel has been omitted.

Audi has not revealed details about the RS5’s powerplant, but speculation has ranged from the 3.0-litre supercharged V6 from the RS4, the 4.2-litre V8 or 5.0-litre V10 from the RS6, or the 5.2-litre V10 from the R8 supercar. Power output has been estimated to be between the range of 444bhp to 542bhp.
