Since last fall, they've had to recall over 11 million vehicles worldwide. From trucks to hybrids, it seems like every Toyota model has had a recall.
And that count just seems to keep rising.
Toyota's minicar division Daihatsu announced a recall to fix fading turn signal bulbs. As it "turns out", the bulb used in the rear turn signal housing can fade if it's exposed to "strong" sunlight.
This will cause the rear turn signal to appear white, instead of orange.
The recall affects 435,423 Daihatsu Moves, made between 1995, and 2000. And, 145,769 Daihatsu Miras, made between 1998, and 2000.
These minicars were only sold in Japan, and feature a tiny 0.66 litre engine.
Daihatsu is offering to replace the little car's faded bulbs with new orange bulbs. Free of charge.
