Peugeot updates 207 models

Peugeot has announced minor changes to its 207 range, to keep it refreshed ahead of impending competition such as the new Citroen C3 to be launched later this year.

Among the changes are better fuel consumption and a reduction of carbon dioxide emissions across all engines, which will now meet the Euro 5 emissions standards.

In order to achieve this, Peugeot has improved the aerodynamics and lowered the rolling resistance of the cars, and manual transmission models get a gear change indicator to advise the driver on the most efficient time to change gears.

Styling wise, the cars get a fresher front end look, additional chrome and painted trim and new LED tail-lights.

Inside, Peugeot will offer new equipment such as Bluetooth and USB connectivity for its entertainment system, one-touch electric windows, as well as new interior upholstery and revised instrument panels.
